Joel’s career with Impreglon began in 2004. Joel started out a sandblaster and quickly took advantage of Impreglon’s growth to move up through the company. He quickly learned shipping and receiving, quality control and eventually moved in to the coating position. Joel has never turned down the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and enjoys the challenges that come along with them. In the winter of 2010, Joel began to work on the start of Impreglon’s new 505 High Phos electroless Nickel line. It has been a great learning experience and with his eye for detail and dedication it will prove to be a great success.

Joel was recently married and expecting a baby girl in December 2011. From campfires, to snowboarding and biking, Joel likes to keep busy and enjoys the outdoors.
