Impreglon^® 505 is a High Phosphorus Electroless Nickel Coating designed to improve the performance of oil and gas production equipment by preventing corrosion and wear. Impreglon^® 505 offers superior chemical resistance, excellent resistance to wear and abrasion on tight-tolerance parts in severe environments.

Impreglon^® 505 can also be over-coated with Impreglon^® 222M (See 522M). In addition to improving corrosion resistance, the polymer topcoat provides a non-stick surface which reduces deposition from scales and asphaltenes.

IMPREGLON^® 505 reduces or eliminates the need for:
