- Media blast to NACE #1/SSPC-SP5 white metal specification
- Visually inspect and perform profile test

- Jig and mask as required
- Clean with dry compressed air
- Apply coating

Step 4: Curing - Set oven parameters
- Monitor cure time and temperature electronically

Step 5: Q & A - Visually inspect 100% of coated area for coverage and uniformity
- Check cure
- Perform thickness tests
- Check fit (as required)
