Step 1: Receiving
- Disassemble parts to simplest form
- Visually inspect to ensure suitability for coating
- Enter parts into system
- Assign production routing control

Step 2: Part preparation
- De-grease/de-gas to remove organic contaminants
- Media blast to NACE #1/SSPC-SP5 white metal specification
- Visually inspect and perform profile test

Step 3: Coating
- Inspect surface
- Jig and mask as required
- Clean with dry compressed air
- Apply coating

Step 4: Curing
- Set oven parameters
- Monitor cure time and temperature electronically

Step 5: Q & A
- Visually inspect 100% of coated area for coverage and uniformity
- Check cure
- Perform thickness tests
- Check fit (as required)
