ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING FOR CORROSIVE OILFIELD ENVIRONMENTS

Impreglon^® 505 is a High Phosphorus Electroless Nickel Coating designed to improve the performance of oil and gas production equipment by preventing corrosion and wear. Impreglon^® 505 offers superior chemical resistance, excellent resistance to wear and abrasion on tight-tolerance parts in severe environments.

In addition to improving corrosion resistance, the polymer topcoat provides a non-stick surface that reduces deposition from scales and asphaltenes.

The application of our Impreglon^® 505 utilizes computer automation to ensure consistency, uniformity and overall quality of deposit.
